Are the leads exclusive?
Yes. Each of our local websites works with one contractor per trade and area. When a homeowner calls, they're connected to you, not to a list of three or four companies racing to call back.
How does the free trial work?
You get every real lead from the area for 14 days or your first 5 real jobs, whichever comes first. No card and no charge. At the end you'll see exactly what came in: every call, every recording, every estimate request. Then you decide if you want to keep going.
What happens when a customer calls?
Our answering assistant picks up in the name of the local website and asks what the caller needs and where the job is. If it's a real customer, it connects them to your cell. Before you're connected, you hear a short heads-up: where the lead came from and what the job is. Then you're talking to the homeowner.
Who answers the phone? Is it a real person?
The first answer is an AI receptionist. It's fast, polite, never puts anyone on hold, and it's there to screen calls and connect real customers to you. The customer always ends up talking to you, not to a robot about their roof.
What if I can't pick up?
If you don't answer the transfer, the receptionist takes the caller's name, number, address and job details. That goes to you right away by text and email, so you can call them back.
What counts as a real lead?
A homeowner, landlord or property manager asking about work you do, in the area you cover. Spam, sales pitches, wrong numbers, job seekers, existing customers and repeat submissions don't count, and you never pay for them.
What if a lead is bad?
Report it in your account within 48 hours and tell us what was wrong. We listen to the recording or read the request, and if it wasn't a real customer, you're not charged for it.
How much does it cost after the trial?
It depends on the trade and how many calls your area gets. You'll see the real numbers from your trial before we talk price. You can pay per real lead or a flat monthly amount, and it's month to month.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. Plans are month to month. You can cancel from your account, and leads stop at the end of what you've paid for.
How do I pay?
Through a secure checkout by Stripe, with a card or a US bank account. Invoices and payment details are in your account, and you can update them any time.
Can I choose when calls come in?
Yes. You set the hours for live calls. Outside those hours, leads still reach you by text and email right away.
Where do the calls come from?
From local websites that homeowners find on Google when they search for help with their home. The calls and requests are from people who went looking for your kind of service, not from bought lists or cold calling.
Which trades and areas do you work with?
Mainly roofing, concrete, foundation repair and basement waterproofing, plus a few other home trades. Areas open up as our websites start producing steady calls. Tell us where you work and we'll tell you what's available.
