Free trial

Your free trial runs for 14 days or your first 5 real jobs, whichever comes first. There's no charge for leads during the trial, and no card is needed.

Exclusivity

While you're an active partner, the local website's leads for your trade and area go to you, not to other contractors.

Leads and bad leads

A real lead is a homeowner, landlord or property manager asking about work you do, in the area you cover. You can report a lead you believe isn't real within 48 hours of receiving it. If we agree, you're not charged for it.

Paid plans

After the trial, you can choose pay per real lead, a flat monthly price, or a mix. Plans are month to month and billed through Stripe. You can cancel from your account; leads stop at the end of the period you've paid for.

Late payments

If a payment fails, you'll have a few days to fix it. After that, leads pause until the payment goes through, and then restart on their own.

Ownership

The local websites, their phone numbers, call recordings and the leads' contact records belong to Steady Job Leads. Customers you're connected to and the jobs you win are yours.

Your work

You're an independent business. You're responsible for your own licenses, insurance, permits, pricing and the quality of your work, and for treating customers fairly.
