How billing works
When you're ready to continue after the trial, we send you a secure sign-up link from Stripe. You can pay with a card or a US bank account.
Per-lead charges are added to your monthly bill after the 48-hour report window, so you only pay for leads you didn't report. Invoices, receipts and your payment details are always in your account.
If a payment fails, you'll get a few days to update your card before leads pause. When it goes through, they restart on their own.

What counts as a real lead?
A homeowner, landlord or property manager asking about work you do, in the area you cover. Spam, sales pitches, wrong numbers, job seekers, existing customers and repeat submissions don't count, and you never pay for them.
What if a lead is bad?
Report it in your account within 48 hours and tell us what was wrong. We listen to the recording or read the request, and if it wasn't a real customer, you're not charged for it.
How much does it cost after the trial?
It depends on the trade and how many calls your area gets. You'll see the real numbers from your trial before we talk price. You can pay per real lead or a flat monthly amount, and it's month to month.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. Plans are month to month. You can cancel from your account, and leads stop at the end of what you've paid for.
How do I pay?
Through a secure checkout by Stripe, with a card or a US bank account. Invoices and payment details are in your account, and you can update them any time.
